Use this basic bread dough recipe and filling below
100 ml Tomato sauce
4 – 5 Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
100 g Ham, chopped
85 g Cheddar, grated
15 ml Dried oregano
1. Use basic bread dough already risen and ready to use. Roll out thinly on a floured surface into a rectangle.
2. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 2 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle with rest of the ingredients
3. Roll up tightly like a Swiss roll and cut into 16 Slices. Placed on a tray lined with nonstick baking paper. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
4. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven on 200ºC until risen and golden. Serve warm
